Seller Transaction Necessity Guide

  1. Listing packet- Make sure you reach out to Admin’s via email (Info@getthepros.com) so she can prepare your packet for you
  2. Listing appointments- It is important to make sure that the listing is cleaned up/presentable when it comes time to appointments. First impression is extremely vital
  3. Disclosures- Make sure all disclosure forms that were presented are signed
  4. Photography- To set up an appointment for photography on the listing log onto vht.com click “schedule now” and fill in the information accordingly or you can call 1-800-790-8687
  5. Lawn sign- Email Admin’s (Info@getthepros.com) to obtain a lawn sign for the listing
  6. Website on listing- Email Admin’s to create the website for the listing you’re representing
  7. Property Boost- This is extremely significant when it comes to representing a seller! You must market/advertise to draw in potential leads. Post on Instagram, Facebook, Etc. If you would like professional flyers/door hangers to promote the listing reach out to Admin’s via email so she can discuss it with the art designer
  8. Create flyers- You can create flyers on canva.com. Make sure you watched the link provided earlier to learn how to utilize canva and create flyers to promote your listing
  9. Presenting offers to sellers- When the Buyers agents sends over an offer be sure that the clients proof of funds/pre-approval letter is presented with the offer before presening it to your sellers.
  10. Sending selling binders to attorneys- Be sure the offer is accepted. Once you have received the accepted offer you can send it to the sellers attorney
  11. Inspection, Appraisal, Commissions invoice- Make sure you schedule an inspection as well as an appraisal before anything is finalized or submitted. Be sure your commissions invoice is filled out properly via docusign and you have obtained the necessary signatures.
